    Wow, that is a massive skimmer. Are those 3/4" lines on the pump? It looks like the cup holds about 2 quarts of skimmate.

    Nothing beats getting new equipment for the tank...That nipple on the skimmer body, makes me think that skimmer is a recirculating type, but the pumps aren't plumbed that way. Whats the nipple for?

    that nipple is for the that other feeder octo pump..

    the big one is a 3000l/h needle wheel pump that is mounted to the base

    the feeder pump is a 2000l/h octo needle wheel pump

    no.. u run a hose from that nipple to the pump that gonna be on the bottom of my sump..
