Saints Fan 420 40 Banger RaRe ReEf (New fish)

Whats up all..So the move happened today..Started around 3:30 central time and just about rapping everything up..Still need to transfer a little more sand out the 30 and a few more corals, but all other livestock and nem is in the 40..Pics soon to come..

You should be good. I only put 40 pounds in mine.

yeah so far the change has gone perfect..all corals have somewhat started to open..

 

but with the lta i thought they like a good bit of sand to bury thier foot..

 

depends on the lta, some like the rockwork some like sand. mine, well the one i used to have after getting rid of my tank like the sand right by my rocks to protect his foot between the rock and the sand

 

its crazy how big stuff looked like in my tank look like a tiny frag in this one..even tho i only went from a 29 to a 40, still a big difference..

 

so should i add more sand or just leave it how it is and let the lta just find a place it likes..

 

i would just leave it, from what i see it looks like an adequate depth

 

LTAs aren't also called "Sand Anemones" because they like rocks Their foot goes in the sand although the rest of the nem may be up on the rocks.
