OK possibly stupid question here, but my KH just tested really high if I did it correctly.

So when I am dropping the KH reagent into the water/solution. Do I stop when if changes color while swirling even if it stays the blue/green when I stop swirling or do I wait until the water has completely changed and stays that color?

If the later is the case then my dKH is between 15.0 and 15.3 - Do I need to worry about this?

You want a complete color change after swirling and your second value is fine.
