Since setting up my reef tank 2 years ago I've always used Salifert test kits. In the NO3, I2 & Sr kits additives which are consumed at a preset level always run out unevenly. The Strontium kit which is expensive always runs out of of the Sr-1 additive which is added at a constant 10 drops per test first. I getting a full unused kit minus the Sr-1 every 4 test kits. Anybody out there with a cure? I tried to email Salifert but they don't give their email details on there website.
Also were's the best place in a 4 chamber filter system to place the Rowa Phos

That's pretty normal with test kits. Nearly none of them will end up with everything being used up.

you want to try the Tropic Marin combined Mag and Calc test when your at the higher levels off both elements - you use very little of the Calcium test solution but almost a whole syringe of the Mag solution , the calcium is still half full when the mag is empty

Rowa - place it where it wont get clogged by any waste thats entering the filter
as its not very effective if the mesh gets coated in detritus

strontium isn't very important for growth really, most evidence is anecdotal.
