here's my question ....If I usually mix my own water for water changes at 1.024-1.025 and i suddenly change and buy my water from the lfs and it is 1.023 will this be a big change for the inhabitants of my tank or will everything take the change ok.................I just have a little of everything ...fish, inverts and corals

I think it should be fine in my experience. I'd bet on it actually. :)
Just to be thorough, how much water are we talking about and how big is the tank?
Temp and pH can be a bigger deal.

I agree with matt. The LFS I use to work at, we kept the salinity at 1.018 to reduce the stress on the fish, so unless somebodies tank was really messed up, then there would be no problems adjusting to their conditions. So within a .002 in salinity is nothing. You water could fluctuate that much from top to bottom depending on deep your tank is. We checked this once down in FL. At the beach, the salinity was 1.027 and then 5 miles off shore it was 1.022. The shallower the water, the higher salinity cause of evaporation etc.
