Are you sure its leaking? I know when water gets on the outside front of my glass, it will evaporate, and leave behind some salt. After some time, this salt will build up and I will have to clean it.

Has this been happening a lot, or first time?

Well, like I said, it's the same location around the tank that I was transferring the live rock into, so quite a bit of water dripped down the side. I didnt notice any the first day, but the second and third (today) days have shown a bit. The salt creep is also about 18 inches long on the bottom.

Does this sound more plausable? I guess time will tell...

That's the best idea. If it comes back then you are sure it's a leak.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I woke up this morning all nervous, but breathed a big sigh of relief when I found no more salt creeps. Turns out it was probably a decent amount of water accumulation from moving all that LR into the tank a few days before.

Sure scared the crap out of me though! ;D

To be honest a crap/leak on the bottom of the tank is highly unlikely. Most leaks I have seen have been at the top or sides. The plastic brace usually prevents bottom failure. Keep an eye on it but I think you are safe.
