    Dried seaweed is ALOT cheaper from a local oriental food store. Just take your Korean/Chinese translation book with you. The have several kinds of dried seeweed in 3 x 6 inch sheets (or close). I wouldn't get any with any seasoning though....

    Seeweed at my LFS was like 14.99 for a small bag. I paid 4.99 and got a life time supply (I dont know, a pound or so) , from a place I couldn't say the name of!

    Bi yung, tang so do!!! Shrimp fried rice!!!

    Great point Scoffer. Buying fresh seafood and making your own mush is way cheaper than the prepared foods at the LFS.

    Also found out my LFS will re-fill flake containers at 1/2 price...food for thought!
