ok awesome I bought one that tests: ph, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate

now if I wanted to, could I put in a ocelarris after my tank has "cycled" right? and do ocelarris' require anemones or is that just an option?

    Those test kits are perfect.

Once your tank is cycled you can put a clown in your tank. Clowns do not require anemones and anemones do not require clowns. If you really want an anemone I would wait about a year to make sure you know what you are doing and do some serious upgrades to your filtration. Your lights will need to be upgraded and you will need to add a protein skimmer to your tank. Personally, I don't recommend anemones unless people have lots of experience and the means to care for one properly.
