    These are native to Hawaii and thus the only thing available in 1 LFS so I was wondering if anyone had any and how the act

    Hey buddy, this anemone seems to be kinda unusual! Puting that to aside, i guess it wont differ to much from other anemones. They demand light, and will move till they find their lucky spot. Im looking around the web for more info, il let you know once i find!!

    If not mistaken this is also known as a tube anenome. They are not photosynthetic and do not require intense light. In fact they are nocturnal and I usually only see it open fully at night. They need a deep sand bed and a good amount of space between them and LR, corals, etc.At night mine reaches almost a foot wide, depending on current. During the day he gets whatever filter feed my corals get and every other night I give him a silverside. He's grown quickly ;D . If you think you might get one ask to see him under actinics or blue LEDs. He's pink and glows very brightly at night.
