    How much compaction can I expect once water is added to my tank? A sand calculater said I needed 68 lbs of sand for a 3" bed, I put 70 lbs in and it is more like 4 1/2" to 5", will it compact down quite a bit? The sand is wet from me rinsing it, it is half caribsea fiji pink, and half caribsea larger particle aragonite.

    From what I remember it doesn't really compact.
    I've filled my 55 and my 90 and it was right around where I filled it to after I added water
