    what black sand is good for snad sifters and soft bellied animals?
    where could i buy it?
    is it sold dry? ( (cant be alive need it for an existing setup)
    is it all black or some what grey or white spotted?(has to be dark black not grey or white and black)

    Most relatively fine sand will work for you as long as its reef safe.

    Small grain is best for bottom dwelling inverts and fish.
    CaribSea is a well known brand for substrate aragonite etc.!
