Sand sifting snail

    Could anyone tell me what this is and is it safe for small reef tank?

    I have nassaruis snails they burrow in the sand and only come out at night and when i feed.. That might be what the mean by sand sifting?? Yes safe for a reef tank. I have 5 in my 12 gallon nanocube
