    what is the best snail for shifting sand? i dont want a goby or crabs.

    i have a 29 gal reef with a deep sand bed. i just finished cycling last week.

    Nassarius and conch snails would work well. I added both a couple weeks ago and they have been busy beavers and my sand is much cleaner.
