Video does not do justice to how vibrant this fish's color is in person... Just stands out, Stunning fish!!!

Went to LFS to pick up some fresh water fish for my aunts tank and ended up buying this one as I fell in love...

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Just an stunning angel, too bad they are one of the least reef safe IME. I would have one in a second if they could play nice with corals and clams.

Beautiful!! Your tank looks pretty new for an angel, so make sure it's eating a lot of food with sponge and algae in it (they make special angel food too), as well as clipping some seaweed in there for it to eat.

    Congrats!

MY CB seems to be pecking all day at the rocks and so far I've been feeding it flakes, Mysis, and Pellets, all of which it eats w/o question. I also add AminOmega drops to supplement extra nutrition.

I will look into the seaweed clippings, but for the time being I think she is eating her fair share as she seems to be having healthy droppings from what I can tell...

I clipped some seaweed in earlier today... but the CB doesnt seem to be going anywhere near it... what gives?

Could it be the veggie clip I used? I got the clownfish veggie clip...

I had a CB at one time and it was also wary of the seaweed strips that I would offer it. I used a clear clip, so not sure what was going on there. I think mine was happier eating the algae off the rocks than being offered the seaweed.

I was watching him last night and out of no where he attacked the seaweed I left for him... ate every bit of it. I guess he just had to get used to the clip for a day but now I see him going back to where the clip was and looking for more seaweed...

I'm happy he took to it so easily...
