SC Aquariums SC150 cone skimmer review

it took a total of 2 days to break in, and I believe everyone should get the air adjuster which was posted somewhere in this thread. It collects some nasty stuff...and I only have two true percs in there right now. Still cycling for another 2 weeks should do until I start buying some good coral

 

After reading all the good reviews here, I finally took the plunge.
Ordered a SCA-302 today, should be here Wednesday.
I'm replacing an Eshopps PSK-75 on my 60gallon tank with a 29 gallon sump.
It will eventually be used on my 120 gallon upgrade.

 

40 breeder help

I was looking to buy the 150 for me 40B with 20L sump. What do you guys think? I read that this is better than the 180 gallon model. I plan on buying this with possibility of upgrading to a 90 gallon tank in the future. I dont mind buying the 65 gallon skimmer if it would work better for my tank better. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks all.

I would say do it! More skimmed is cleaner water. I use it for my 70 gallons in my sump @ 8" & it pulls out consistent junk!

Huh, When I ordered mine it had a guaranteed delivery date in under a week and it has already shipped.

Which one of you MF'ers Bought the rainbow chalice with your skimmer. eBay is now spamming me with it "People who bought your skimmer also bought, Rainbow chalice, 250 Snails, rotating powerhead." Totally out of my price range.
