I have been using the SC-150 now SCA-303 for 1.5 years without any problem at all, i have only clean the pump 3 times, and is really consistent every week, no matter what i put to the tank.

I've got the 302. What level water in your sumps are you all running them in? Or what level seems optimal?

5 months later still going strong. I love it. Glad I went this route. I highly recommend this skimmer for the money.[IMG]

Thinking seriously about this skimmer (302) for my 125g. It will be my first skimmer. Any tips on getting it set properly?

I too have one, over a year now too.

Only decreased performance is when the little air pipe going to the air venturi that the plastic hose goes on gets clogged with salt.

Easy fix! By far the best bang for the buck!

Thanks, what water level do you guys recommend this skimmer sit in... Right now mine is at roughly 8 inches...

Also, any links to proper instructions on setting up, etc...Heard the manual is somewhat slacking and thats if you get a manual with it.
