    If you don't mind, let me know what you think when you get it. We've got pretty similar setups and I'm interested to see what you think when you get it. I've got a skimmer rated for a 65 right now that does ok, but I like the design of the SC alot more and think it would free up some room in my sump.

    looks like a pretty darn good skimmer for the price...ordered one for my frag tank build thanks for the review!

    i got mine today and i had a bit of trouble on something, i don't know if im missing a part or just doing something wrong, but where the intake of the pump connects to the tube that draws air, it doesn't fit snugly, for that matter its super loose, idk what im missing, i used a piece of the malleable styrafoam and made a crappy seal that works for now. i contacted the seller, am i just doing it wrong, if you could take a closeup of that area of the skimmer it would be greatly appreciated

    Your missing something I'm guessing mine was so tight it was kinda hard to get on.

    Awesome! Thank you so much. I was a couple of clicks away from paying an extra 30 bucks! I know that isn't a lot of money but i'm just starting my tank up and it has added up to a large sum of money rather quickly!
