    Yes, it is. I was just a little skeptic why they cant advertise the price and how they manage to sell it at such a low price but i guess i shouldnt question ;) Ok just bought it, looks like i gotta put some more stuff on ebay to make up for this (but thats easy money)

    Usually there is a minimum retail price they have to uphold and advertise otherwise they can loose their distributor license for that product, then they can't buy any at all. So they can't advertise if they sell for lower than the requirement.

    It's called minimum advertised price or MAP
    Sometimes retailers can get a good deal and pass it on but can't advertise the price lower than MAP.
