    oh u have an emerald? does it hide all day? i never see mine its always under the rocks..wish it would come out.i saw the cutest thing but at first i was horrified:eek: ..he was holding on to a snail and i thot oh my gosh hes gonna eat it then i watched and he actually was picking the stuff off his shell..wow..thats something else...now..when they say these green crabs eat algae exactly what? the grass? green hair? it cant be the green algae on the glass cuz the snails get that so im watching and waiting as to what exactly they will eat..thanks all...::)

    In response to djzlab1.....do you think the crab murder was premeditated or just Darwins theory at work?

    They tend to kill each other the larger red ones murder the smaller blue ones.


    Murdering crabs?? Do we need a good reef lawyer?

    well i had red leg crabs about a yr ago and they killed the snails..maybe i didnt have any empty shells or they were the wrong crabs..gosh..so much conflicting info i gess ill just have to play sheriff and watch them all...:-/
