Our club had a tank tour and I thought I would share some cool tank photos.
My tank was first so I didn't take any photos. The other tanks were pretty cool as you will see.

Our second stop featured a Zero Edge clam tank with clownfish, sea horse and a pipefish. The tank was lit with 3 Ecoray LED fixtures. The Acros were for their SPS tank that is yet to cycle.

The programer was on cloud mode and it was cool to see the tank switch from 10K to 20K slowly across the tank.

The last stop was one of the nicest LFS's in the country. Amazing Aquariums and Reefs.

I must have this tank. You know looking at those zero edge tanks, could you possible do this on a normal tank if you cut the back side where you want the water level to be, place a catch box on the back and ran it to the sump with an appropriately sized return pump?

Those clams are awesome. I love that. I was researching what it would take to do a clam tank. Thanks for posting the pix.

there isn't any filtration on the clam tank other than some live rock in the sump for pod production. It's really a small volume of water and the clams are very efficient at soaking up phosphate and nitrate. He does no feeding at all in the system.

that is interesting that he's keeping a seahorse and pipefish with no feeding......
