Scopas tang red lateral lines

    I come home tonight and my scopas tang who has been in a QT tank with a pbrown tang is showing significant red marks across his sides through lower body. It stars right under his lateral fin all the way back to his rear fin and it is a really significant red line.

    He has been in hypo salinity due to an ich outbreak on the PBrown tang.. i put him in a pitcher and through im in my sump and am going to start bringing salintiy back to what my display is.. any idea if this is an infection or if it is due to stress?
