So I went to the LFS today to exchange a dead blue/green chromis which I believe died from stress. Anyways, when I made the exchange there was a Yellow Watchman Goby in the damsel tank and I asked how much because they usually never carry them. Well the guy didnt know and just gave it to me for FREE.. Needless to say I am pretty excited about this new addition.

BTW, what do these guys eat, so I can go get something before the store closes if I dont have the right food already..

    Thanks,
    Chuck

Good for you - I love my yellow watchman! He's paired with a pistol shrimp and digs around with him until feeding time - then he waits for me to feed him Rod's Food directly from the tongs! He's a very spoiled goby. :)

I can not even begin to say how happy I am with Rod's Food. My citron goby ate it on his first day in the tank

Excellent score!!!! Now you have to try going to the LFS when that person is working. I did that with someone who was, let's say, less than knowledgable about corals as much as possible and took advantage quite a bit. Got two or three corals for really, really cheap.

Thats a plus. Most of the people who work at the store around here have very little idea what most of the fish are. There are 2 main fish guys there, but they only work during the day, so if you go late you get most snails and hermits for free because for some reason the people think they are nuisance critters. They seem to just give them to you with your fish purchases.
