    Why are red choris wrasse unsafe with corals?

    We dont know, its what weve been told since childhood!! lol
    I really dont have a detailed explanation, i just heard and read that red coris wrasse, and many wrasses that grow into adulthood aparently are not reef safe!

    yer im not 100% sure either, i have heard it but dunno why. I think it is because of the crustaceans etc that they eat...

    it is because they like to play... and not play with what they should be playing with. i have shells (a lot of them) in the 20 long and he moves them everyday until he goes to sleep. i tried some zoos in there and he took the rock and hid it from me. they just like to move stuff, and they get so big that even if they dont move stuff intentionally they will knock it over anyway
