    Good morning everyone. I am new to 3Reef, but have enjoyed everything so far. I have been putting together a Red Sea Max 130 and have posted a video on youtube for you to check out, comment on, and make some suggestions. Thanks for all of your feedback and have a great weekend. Here is the link and the tank specifics so far:

    Kh= 11
    Ca= 400ppm
    No2-= 0
    NH3/4= 0
    Phosphate= <0.2ppm

    30# of LR
    LR crumble biofilter
    Mechanical filter floss and sponge
    No currently running stock Protein skimmer-nothing but bubbles going to upgrade to Tunze 9002 next month

    Domino Damsel
    Coral Banded shrimp
    pipe organ coral
    Xenia
    Star Coral
    Brain Coral
    Candy Coral
    Zoanthids
    Various mushrooms
    three reef hermits
    four Mexican Turbos snails
    Three nessarius snails
    five Trochus snails

    looking good so far. remember to take it slow. that "xenia" looks like anthelia. very similar. xenia will grow on stalks and branch out, anthelia grows like a mat with individual polyps. you may want to get the domino damsel out of there they can be very aggressive and they can get pretty big.

    Thanks for the feedback. I was initially concerned about the damsel, but the clown really keeps him in check. I will watch him and if his behavior changes he will be on his way out. Thanks again.

    the RSM130 is a 65g tank right? Anywho...excellent tank!!:)

    The 130 is actually 34g. I would love to have the 65g, but I got such a great deal on this one I could not pass it up. Thanks for the compliment on the tank. I will post some omre images as it progresses. Thought about getting a plate coral this weekend. Any suggestions on it?
