    the smaller the tank, the more affects you will have on it. I have had a couple, but personally I wouldnt go in a 34g. How long has the tank been up and have the water parems been stable. Remember, you are polluting the system with the live phyto so be prepared to do LOTS of water changes.

    It's not set up yet but the rock are 4 years old from my reef ...its not going in right away...my apex will handle water changes :)
