I know a sea apple will die if it is pulled out into the air. I was thinking for several months now about getting one. I have a skimmer that at times puts micro bubbles into the DT woulkd this small amount of air kill the apple also?
And if it did would it make a good apple pie? :)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Probably turn your tank into soup. Sea apples while beautiful and can live fairly well in a tank given enough food, can also crash a tank quickly should they die. It is your gamble.

Agreed. You have to be VERY experienced for one of those; if you can't keep it then don't get it, even if you want it very badly ;)

They are very tempting, but i've heard the same. It's allways been tempting, but not at the cost of my tank.
