    Has anybody used this? I was getting tired of my water not being very clear. So i grabbed some of this at the LFS. Added the said amount and that tank clouded up (it said that it might) put some filter floss in the pre-filter and about an hour later the water was crystal clear.

    My question is. Does this stuff also pull out say calcium and carbonate or just DOC's ? greatful for any help.

    I do not believe Clarity will do anything to CA. It aids in the creation of biofilms that increase the mass of the particals that cloud the water. Either pulling them to the bottom and consuming them or allowing your filter to remove them.

    Seachem is very good at answering e-mail and giving support. I have contacted them many time.
