I have been using SeaChem Salinity for a couple months now. I can't give a detailed analysis yet as I have not tested a fresh bucket yet, but first impressions are good. It is very concentrated - about a cup and a half of it will make 5 gallons of seawater. I burnt some frags with a new bulb recently and they noticeably perked up with 5 gallons of new water with Salinity salt, especially my favia. That's about all I can say about it now. I plan on doing some tests on it with a fresh bucket soon.

Do you know of any online suppliers? How much salt would you say an entire bucket makes?

I don't know of any online suppliers - I thought Gresham mentioned something a while back about how they are dealing direct with local fish stores with Salinity. My 7 gallon bucket makes over 225 gallons I believe.

6th Ave is very cheap and great for hardware/aquarium parts/dry goods. But I feel a bit dirty. They carry of a lot of things livestock wise that are subject to debate if you know what I am saying. Anyway, off topic...

Try Tropic Marin Pro if you dont want to have to worry about keeping your elements in check. I started out using Instant Ocean and I feel I was dosing to much.

I use Seachem Reef salt, excellent salt IMO. I have use Coralife and Oceanic in the past and have see the best results with the Seachem. It does have a fairly high calcium level...so unless your keeping SPS you probably will not have to ever dose calcium with regular WCs. You will get explosive coraline thats for sure, my calcium level sticks to around 520 with softie corals, thinking of switching to the regular Seachem salt as it has the same levels of everything else just a lower calcium concentration. :)
