I don't know too much about seahorses, but I do know that SPS and sea horses require nearly opposite tank conditions, so I don't think it would be wise to try to create a tank that is going to ideally house both. Some of my concerns are high light needs of sps and high flow, verse lower light preferences and low flow requirements for sea horses.

i see many problems in this tread right here. i wrote out a huge post and then my internet just closed so i have to retype it. so this one will be short untill im retype the last post.
no dwarf will eat anything but live foods. they might take frozen but the will NEED dalily live brine shrimp. i also saw that you want to keep SPS and MH. well SPS are out because of the flow needs, because horses nedd at the most 15x turnover rate, sps need over 50. also the MH put off way to much heat. you will need to buy a chiller as the max temp is 74 for horses. no tank mates can be keep with horses. in a few months you could possibal keep a srimp or two but not untill after 6 months. mandarins eat pods, horses eat pods. they will out compeat eachother for food and endup killing one or the other, so their out.
i see a few other things that u wont be able to do with horses, but im to lazy to type them all. just pm me or post on here or my build, and i can get you some answers

i have kept many seahorse tanks in the past, i did not state that i was keeping horses of the zosterae family(dwarf) but one of the larger types, also seahorses do fine under metal halides as i live in colorado and my house is quite cold(60 degrees) even in the summer, and i have before kept sps with seahorses, i dont know if it was ideal as i tried to find some middleground where the sps get flow, but not too much flow for the seahorses. also mandarins are good tank mates, they eat pods seahorses eat brine. my sps seahorse tank i had for 2 years but lightning struck my house and fried the entire tank.

Seahorse have been kept under many varied conditions, but many many more have been lost in the attempt to do so.
I would suggest that before you attempt to do so under reefing conditions, especially sps, keep a species only tank with one species of seahorses for 6 months minimum but preferably for a year before attempting the rest.
Most everything you wish to do will diminish the chances of success in keeping seahorses long term.
Seahorsesource.com has a FAR better reputation than seahorse.com and with better pricing usually.
Check the links at the bottom of the page linked in my signature.
The advice to go to seahorse.org is the best advice you have been given as there is no comparable source of information on the seahorse keeping hobby than the org.

I don't understand why you asked in the first place then if you don't want to take advice that is meant for the best chances of survival for the seahorses.
If you feel you have the experience to buck the odds then you have to make that choice yourself. It's not for someone else to tell you it's OK.
