Anyone down here in Central Florida have a seahorse tank up and running? If so, what do you use to keep the temperature at 72-74 degrees? The air temp in my house is 78 and my large 125 gallon runs at 79-80, but I couldnt see how I would be able to run at tank at 72 without a chiller.

If you have central air, can't you drop the temp in your house. Isn't that essentially a giant chiller?

that would cost way too much to drop the temp of my house 8 degrees.

I hope I can find someone in a climate like Florida that's doing it without a chiller. I'm thinking I might be able to get away with a nano chiller and a fan blowing across the top. That wouldn't be more than $100 bucks.
