    oh cool cause everyone told me about the aqua c but this was the only one available at my lfs. and how long before its done breaking in?

    A couple of hrs should do the trick, but then again, that was several yrs ago on a different unit. No more than 1-2 days. you should start to see some skimmate within 24 hrs. Luna

    Want to trade skimmers:deal2:;D

    Sauce called me and asked me about the skimmer but I had never heard of it so I could not give him any info. So luckily luna has good things to say about it.

    Also which was the first company to make protein skimmers? They told him it was the sealife but I always thought it was one of those expensive bubble king skimmers.(or maybe tunze, not sure)
