    Update

It has been a while since I updated anything since setting this up.

In the last few months I moved houses and did so with out a loss of which I was very happy about. However it seems even with looking at pictures of the old rock scape you just never get it back where it was. So after having it set up in the new house for about a month i redid the left side and added more rock than i had before the move.

I also partook in a Reef Empire auction and added a few corals as well as a trip to my LFS to go get replacement bulbs and well yeah came home with more. I decided to switch my bulbs from radium 20K to a ushio 14k. I also picked up a clam that I had been wanting and could not pass up on the urchin.

All in all I am happy with the progression so far and hope you all enjoy the pics that were taken with the camera phone.

    Now for Pics:

    Ushio 14k's no Atinics FTS

    ******bad quality replace later*****

    Ushio 14k's with Atinics FTS

Did some major cleaning in the tank this weekend and added a few items.

I have also noticed that my clowns are now hosting in the BTA so that is nice to see.

I will work on some pictures but not much changes this time of year.

over the last two months my tank has been over run with hair algea. no matter what i tried nothing fixed it and only seemed to make it worse. i have lost all my live stock except a few survivors.

so over the last week i have removed all the live rock and scrubbed it down submerging it fresh water where it will remain till all remains of the hair algea is gone from the main system.

i have toyed with the idea of just taking the tank down completely instead of starting over however i have decided to just start over completely.

wish me luck and hopefully i have a better second run.
