Seano I don't think the 3B 2W will be overpowering. It's completely up to you though. If you look at the pics of my canopy in the CJ thread I have 3B 2W in the center and 4B 1W on both ends. Here's how they look individually in a clamp lamp. [IMG] 3/2

I may actually end up getting another pair of 3/2's since I wanna put some acros in there.

    Thanks. K+

I think I'll go with 3B 2W. A hint of blue, but it still shows the true colors. Looks like the color of a 14,000K halide, while 4B 1W looks almost like a 20,000k.

I went to the fish store today. I picked out(but didn't buy) what I want to get for the tank already :)

Things are coming along great... Just need a pump & some lights, a few more lbs of rock, then its off to livestock!

I got this cool little plane at hobby lobby to put in the tank. I'll see how long it takes to get covered in coraline algae. I think it's about 5" long. Do you think it will be alright? The paint won't hurt anything...I'm not sure what kind of paint they use on these things?

The plane should be fine in there. Looks larger than 5" :)

    Is that a Messerschmitt?

No i think you'll find its a Focke Wulf 190.
Notice the fuselage behind the c0ckpit and lack of struts on the tail wings.
I most defiantly do not have a fascination with air warfare from ww2 :p

I think it should be fine in the tank, however I'd sit it in a tank temp bucket of salt water for a while to make sure it doesn't do anything odd first.
