    Not a problem.:)

I have a Glass Holes Super Nano Overflow box. It is rated at around 300-600gph. It needs a 1" PVC line(which is what I have)that goes down the the sump.

I will be using a Mag Drive 7 for the return pump...should be about 450gph, at 4' of head pressure, with the 1/2" return line.

That amount of flow should be plenty for my tank. You'll want the system turnover to be about 10X the volume of your DT. I'm not sure whether this turnover includes the volume of your sump? That never occurred to me...

What size tank do you have? If the 700gph overflow is too much, you could always turn it down with a ball valve in the return side. But never dial down the OF line.

No real updates as of yet...just lots of planning.

Pretty frustrated that I can't fond my glass drill bit. Lowes doesn't sell new ones either. I already checked.

While doing research for my science project(PAR ratings with LEDs on PS reefs), I found these two images of a very natural looking SPS reef. I love it. It's definitely the look I am trying o replicate. :)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I love the look too of the sps tanks. Maybe not as crowded but a lot of acroporas. I like some caves and overhangs as well, that do not have acropora growing around them.

    :)

I like the crowded & somewhat unorderlyness of it. When the colonies get big, like above, it makes for some nice caves/hangovers.
