    I am cycling my QT now. It's been about week, but my nitrates are still below 5ppm?..This is after I squeezed out my sponge filter into the water & even poured a bit of my DT water to give it a quick-start.

    I took a short video, following my Coral Beauty, as I couldn't get a photo that was in focus. She swims to fast! :( lol

    I'll edit the vid & add music then upload it tomorrow.
