    Just a small update here....

I am seeing some great coraline growth on rocks considering I have almost no light. I just have a clip-on work light above the 29g, which I turn on just to view the tank occasionally. I think I may set the work light on a timer to keep up the coraline growth. I was suprised to see it, but I like what I saw. The skimmer is also HOB for now.

I am not sure what my water parameters are at the moment aside from my salinity being about 1.032. I haven't tested in about a month probably(except SG).... I just topped off about a gallon and will continue(slowly) until it is back where it should be.

My next purchase will definitely be an RODI unit. Top off is getting expensive. I am(or should be) topping off probably 3 quarts a day in the 29g (tank gets direct sunlight most of the day).

If your tank is getting direct sunlight most of the day then that is prolly the reason your coralline is doing well, I doubt the little work light coming on once in a while will do much ;D

You're probably right on that. Lol. Do you think it would be beneficial to have the 6500k work light on a timer?

Of the 29? Here's today's tank shot. I had to get it in two pictures(which are slightly edited..I upped the brightness)because the lighting was weird in the room the tank is in.

    *see next post*

...my Droid sucks(when it comes to pictures). I keep getting a "Upload Error: an unknown error has occurred. Please try again." When I try again the same thing happens. It's been like this since last time I tried to upload images to Photobucket, which was Saturday...it's always worked before...

I'll get pictures tomorrow with my camera.

Not a problem at all. I think it's kind of cool that several people have told me this. :) It tells me I must be doing something right, I guess. lol.
