I would look at Caribsea's website to find larger grain sizes and then see what matches your color preference.

Great looking plans, I have sugar sized sand in my tank with 4300gph of power heads and dont really have a issue with it blowing around.

The sugar-sed appears to be the only "white" sand they have. But I already know any fish that moves along the sand-bed will cause a storm in the tank. I kind of like the fiji pink reef sand...maybe the flamingo reef sand.

CaribSea Dry Aragonite | Aragamax Sugar Sized Sand | Aragamax Select | Seaflor Special Grade Reef Sand | Fiji Pink Reef Sand | Flamingo Reef Sand | Bermuda Pink | Grand Bahamas Biome | Super Reef

Also, can I use the same sand in my sump as I use in the DT?

    Thank you very much.

If you don't think I will have problems, I may just get more of the sand I have..I like how it looks. haha

You can also use Sea Floor Special Grade sand, it's 45.00 for 40 lbs.

I have the fiji pink in both my tanks. It basically looks white under my t5s.
It does seem to blow around fairly easily. Great build so far.8)

Thanks everyone. :) I did notice that the sand/aragonite that looks tan in a bag, will look much less "tan" and more white" in a tank under the lighting.
