    I like the plumbing, especially the emergency drain. Will have to get that on my next tank! K+ for the idea!

    Change in lighting

    I have decided to get either metal halide lights or T5HO, rather than LED. This tank may be up for as little as 1 year. Why spend money now on things that will be way better in 5 years? I'm going to college next year(fall 2012). I don't know what will happen to my tank.

    I will either get 2x250w metal halide fixture from AquaMedic - $499 on Marine Depot

    Aqua Medic Ocean Light Metal Halide Fixture

    Or I will get a 48" 6x54w SunPower T5HO fixture from ATI - $499 (599 w/ bulbs) on reef Geek

    I'm still not sure which one I will get, but I don't want to spend money on a chiller unless I can get one used for a good price. It will be about $125 for 2x 250w Ushio 14000k.
