Thanks. There were only two of the Coralife 125 in stock. There was also the display model of the Aqua Euro USA, but I was not familiar with that company.

I am working on tweaking the skimmer now.

Here is a page that has info on tweaking and modding a Coralife skimmer.

I have a question about the stand. Before we buy the wood...how tall should I build the stand?

I was thinking 36" at least. Dad says I probably shouldn't have it any higher(with tank/stand) than my shoulder, so that way I can reach into the tank and touch the sandbed.

But at 6'1", I hate having to look down at my 29g tank just to see what's in it(only on a 30" stand). So I was thinking I could go with the stand for the 75 being 42"(3.5 ft.) and then that would put the top of the tank at 63", or 5' 3"(about level with my chin). This would also give it more of a "show tank" look. It would be great for viewing from the dinning table as well. :)

    Which would be better?

I only go to Aquarium Adventure, when the 50% sale is going on. ha I like picking up 5 dollar corals or the ten dollar corals. grab a bunch of cichlids too.

Dude.;D How often do they have those sales? Any particular set dates?

What do you think about the height for the stand? 36" or 42"?(look ^)

I personally like taller stands, it's all up to you. I hate bending down too to look at my stuff and I am only 5 10. ha You could always get a step ladder if you needed one.

I am part of their fish club, so I get emails when they are going to be. haha I go to OSU, so I live pretty close anyways.
