    haha. I think gsp looks sweet as long as it doesn't take over the tank. I'd like it to cover the whole rock I had it on.

    I have read of people using a rubber band to hold it against a rock and over time the gsp will grab hold of the rock and take off.
    I doubt it was a light intensity issue that caused them to stay closed. They were right under my lights right in the middle of the tank. My guess is they are just getting acclimated.

    Thanks, Nathan. Do you think I should glue them to the rock now that i got the superglue gel? Or should I leave them be (next to the rock)? Will they grow to encrust on the rock if not holding onto it now?

    Try the AVAST ATO, and upgrade to the floatswitch for extra security. It'll cost you about 90$ plus pump.

    give the super glue gel a shot, that should do the trick

    That stuff is indestructible, I've had it grow under rocks in complete dark....
