    Good luck with the build Sean.

    The only thing I can recommend is to definitely use an ATO. I had my pico going strong with my crocea clam and some sexy shrimp for over a year. The summers can get in the 100s where I used to live and one day I was gone for a night and most of the next day. There was enough evaporation that it killed my clam and once that went, everything else went with it.

    To a degree, yes. It helps though, if the powerheads are lower below the surface. As does pointing them at rocks, in order to create a more random flow that is less concentrated.

    Man, sorry to hear that. I am definitely taking time to plan everything out before I add livestock/corals. I get about 1g evap. for a week in my 10g (8.5g total water volume). So I think a 1 or 2g container should be perfect.

    And omg I forgot about clams. I want a clam now.
