not used it myself, but have seen one in action
1st impression, its a Turkey baster thats been re branded for reef feeding purposes
(which apparently the originals where not, so someone told me)

but after seeing it in action, I thought, it served its purpose well enough

I just bought one. The tip is way too small for any meaty items. I drilled it bigger and it was still too small. The tip is not clear, so it's difficult to see what's about to come out. The thing pi$$ed me off, so I cut the whole tip off, even though the little red poker thingy was nice. The extension is also nice and also acts as a piston to draw liquids up. The bulb is too stiff though, making it difficult to control.

It works OK now that the tip is cut off. I can get the food where I want it without getting my hands wet. All in all, I wish I would have bought a glass tube.

You can try mine out to see if you like it.;)

    Thanks for the review:)

I might have to take you up on that. Did you talk about this before? I think you mentioned it once in conversation, but I dunno if I was paying attention. Maybe I had too many Mojitos? ;)

I dunno, I may have mentioned that I needed to get a better feeding tube at some point. If you're around, I can stop by this weeked. I'd like to check out your lighting. I can bring along the DSLR. I only have to work Saturday morning. Let me know.

Saturday afternoon I bet would work. I have been cleaning the glass pretty decently as of late. My cyano is almost completely gone, so that makes me want to look at the tank more;)

Haha, cyano. I have algae in the reef tank now, just in the front, so I grabbed it out with my hand, and threw it in with the triggers and angels, who ate it. No waste.

I bent the tip of the Sea Squirt at a 45 today, and I am much happier with it now.

i use one. It works, but I would rather have a glass one if you can find one long enough.
