Would hanging Red Marine Algae Sea
    Weed sheet's contribute to overfeeding?

IMO - bio degrading vegetable matter is less of a problem then bio degrading animal matter
the same is true of the wastes produced by the fish the consume both types

I dont think its a problem to have algae sheets permenently in the tank for fish to browse on and a new one added the day after

I put 1/4 sheet in the tank everyday. It's the only feeding I do daily. The Meaty Stuff and coral food I feed twice a week. Everyone eats the seaweed, and I alternate between the Green and Purple...the red is my least favorite. Do not leave the sheets in the tank if they aren't eaten in about 12 hours (which is a joke in my tank). If you have green hair algae growing in your tank, don't feed the seaweed (or anything else) until your algae eaters clean it up unless you have a fish that is getting skinny.

I hang seaweed in the tank every day because my algae blenny has eaten everything else.

If I do start to notice algae on the rocks I withhold algae sheets so he gets back to work. My employees are slackers sometimes :shifty:
