I've had a Sebae anemone for about 5 days now, and has not found a spot to stay. It hasnt been moving much, but just hasnt dug a hole, or stuck to anything. It is in great health, with a dark tan color. My True Perc clown has hosted, and has not left it alone. Could that be an issue? Lighting is not an issue

my water is fine, just got it tested yesterday. I have 2 10 watt 50/50 bulbs. 5 gal tank. (have a larger one that can be switched too) 2 True perc clowns. So when will it settle down, and find a spot to stay?

generally if an anemone wont settle down its not happy. I think i mentioned this in another post, now dont take what im saying as an order or a diss but.....

If i was you i would highly consider taking it back and if you really want an anemone, go for a bubble tip instead.

sorry to tell you but it will not survive in your tank...1. not enough light, 2. not big enough tank! I would get it out of there ASAP before it kills your tank

Anemones may take days or weeks to become acclimated and accustomed to an aquarium to where it can find its so called "happy place".
You can not rush it or place your anemone in a location with hopes of it remaining there. Other factors will also play out such as water flow and lighting, more so than water parameter issues as water parameters will be the same throughout the tank whereas lighting and water flow can vary significantly from one part of your tank to another. This is what causes anemones to move around, IMO.
    Give your anemone time...
If the health of your anemone declines then you can possibly incorporate water parameter problems into the equation.
