He may come back. If he decides to come back he will start looking blotchy. Almost like death=) This is not death however, it is his zooxanthellae coming back and it's a good thing. If he nails you when you touch him this means he still has the strength to sting his food and that's a good sign (the sticky feeling is actually his barbs penetrating the first few layers of your skin.) They are very difficult to keep but with proper care they do pretty well.

There is no such thing as a healthy white, period. Sebea's should be a brownish; the darker the better. White means dieing. There is no "other species" that is a white.
So is this in your 20 long? Honestly, if you want to save it, your probably going to have to buy better lights. 65W of PC is not nearly enough for an anemone period, except maybe a condy. Even with better lights it may in fact still die; once they start to go, they can be very difficult to bring back.
How old is the tank? Did you switch everything from your old tank directly into the new? You may be going through mini cycles due to the switch. Keep in mind that those may only last an hour or so, so it could never show up on a test, yet still be enough to kill an anemone. What do you have in there for flow? What are your PO4, dKH, PH, and MG readings? Try feeding something more substantial to it as well, specially with the poor lighting. Silversides or peices of shrimp would be good.
Just my two cents: I would remove the anemone. Take it back to the LFS. Its not worth it dieing in the tank and taking everything else with it.

Thanks I will try to get some silversides tomorrow. Is there anything not frozen I can feed? I have heard that frozen foods can cause a lot of algae to grow in the tank.

they algae growth is caused from excess nutrients. You will get this feeding frozen, live, freezdried or any other way. That's why I told you that you should kick up the water changes and turn skimmer up.

yes i moved everything directly from the old tank to the new and tested the water to make sure everything was fine before i moved the livestock into there except the rock that went right in and was in for aaround 3 or 4 hours before the other livestock. The switch was about 30 hours ago although I dont know if that helps any.
