    puffers can have live rock, infact its better to have live rock becuase live rock adds a lot of natraul filtration.
    puffers eat inverts coral, crabs, shrimp, anemonme, etc. so if you want a clown you would have to get a bigger meaner one that wont get picked on buy the puffer like a tomato, maroon ,or cinnimon clown
