What is so exciting for me about these pictures is this is my recovery from the depths of reef despondancy. I suppose we all expect we'll get back there some day, but that first photo is of my oldest coral on January 1st. On the last day of last year I decided to lower my phosphates a bit using lanthanum. The tank was bad, but improving slightly when I did it. An hour later half my fish were dead. Most of the corals went over the next two weeks.

Since then I've moved house and moved tank and its all, fingers crossed, still holding up. I'm quite proud of my tiny little colonies. I hope I can keep it up.
