I grew up out here. I've been gone either out of the country or in Houston for 20 years, but we just moved back.

    Also thanks!

So my wife and son got me a Dropcam for Father's Day. It is of course now latched to my tank. Here's a side view.

Cool pic. Is a drop cam a case or a whole cam?

It's a whole cam. Easy setup and you can watch your tank at work.

Here are some growth pics as an update. All the before pics are in January or February of this year when the tank was moved.

So I promised a quick rundown on the tank itself months ago and never got around to it. Here are the details.

The tank is 48" by 32" by 24". With the huge sump attached, and with all the rock etc. in the tank, it required just under 160 gallons to fill and turn on, so it is roughly a 160 gallon tank.

Lighting - ATI Hybrid Powermodule 48" 8 bulb unit. I love this light. Shimmer, PAR, good looks, none of the guesswork of LED. Whats not to like.

Filtration - I have a Bubble King 180 Mini skimmer and an Avast Marine Vibe Zeovit Reactor. I use 1.25 liters of Zeolite vibrating automatically 3 times a day.

Additives - I'm running a new Korallin with a Carbondoser regulator (very cool) and some BRS dosing pumps for some of the ZeoVit additives.

    Return - Sicce 3 IIRC.
