Bought two different Setosa frags from 2 different stores. Both were under MH lighting. Expensive coral but one I have wanted.

Micromussa, one of my favorite corals, it's actually pink and green, decent price.

Mo, he is staying at our fine Vet facility while his parents are on vacation. He is cute cute cute. Ferret.

Test kit, ughhhhhhh. Bought an expensive kit for Alkalinity and Ca, needed badly. Got it home, no Ca test included (even though it says so) and no instructions. Drove 80 miles for that kit. I am mad. The sales guy said initially he had none, went in the back and surprise had one he did not know he had, yea right. He will pay.

Thank you for viewing, and for Alex, the tank is still not picture worthy. :) Oh got a nice big frag of Blasto too.

    Thank John, :)

Yeah I called him when I got home and told him he will make it right, in a nice way but he will make it right. He went in the back through that kit together, probably out of kits he opened for the business, no instructions ohhhhh I was mad.

I believe the Setosa must be from the same mother colony because I saw the same size frags in all three stores, you do not see Setosa here very often. Almost never see Micromussa.

Was almost going to get a new small clown for my old hag of a clown but resisted.

I have a bright orange frag i got from Kevin. I have heard in my studies, of a mystical PURPLE setosa that was discovered in a LFS in Iowa on a business trip but nothing since. The guy SWORE it was a setosa and not something else /shrug

Be sure to target feed your micro! I had a great piece and didn't target feed it. one day it just melted. After that ive read alot and until they get big (~2-3") they are very temperamental without extra dinners.

    Thank you Eric.

Yeah, just not into the fish the past couple years. The clown at the store kept yelling "ich, ich ich" over and over again. I am like no, do need that.

Cool thanks for the heads up on the feeding. Luckily it's not newly fragged. I just never see them here, the mother colony was stunning, love the pink.

I am going to go back to the Phoenix bulb again and that should bring out more coloration.

I had a rainbow micromussa frag and it did well for a year before melting. It wasn't until later on i found out why.
