Hey im new to SW and have been inspired after looking at a bunch of other tank setups on here and others. Ive also been inspired with my brothers 120g SW tank. I plan to setup a 33g SW tank (36x12x18) i already have the tank and sand, powerheads, heater and skimmer but not sure what type of lighting, sump ect would i need? if anyone could help me out id really appreciate it. Ive had freshwater for many years but always been fascinated by saltwater and would like to give it a try Very Happy thanks, Mike.

    welcome to 3reef!!!
The best thing to do is to go into the other forums(menu) here at 3reef. There are many different question that have been asked about the questions you wish to have addressed to help you out. The other thing to do is to research online by typing in SKIMMER or SUMPS etc. which will offer you advice as to their function, price possibly and also diffent brands as well as if it is right for you and your particular tank. Plus you can comparison shop for the cheapest and best one per say for you!!!!
Hope it helps...good luck and have fun
just remember to go slow and make sure you are confident in your actions with regards to tank set-up etc. or please ask questions to make you successful!!!!
